Our Methodology
Maraproct is a wholly Nigerian company with one hundred percent (100%) Nigerians constituting the management and ownership. Its emphasis on local content policy is a commitment to doing business in such a way as to provide the greatest benefit to the country and the industry through training, seminar, local employment and other form of benefit that will add value to the local manpower and also from local communities.
In view of this fact, it is the policy of Maraproct to empower Nigerian nationals to fill/occupy enviable positions in the field of NDT, QA/QC and Inspection in the Nigerian Oil and Gas as well as the Construction and Allied Industries.
Maraproct aims to achieve 100% independence in her project execution through technology transfer and personnel training and empowerment. These shall include both local and international trainings.
Community Relations
Maraproct as an organisation is committed to the new deal of both the Federal Government of Nigeria and the objectives of the Oil Majors in the area of community relations.
It is a Policy of Maraproct to involve its host community in the execution of all its projects. In doing so, Maraproct shall key into the action plan of her clients whenever necessary.
Security
The security of Radioactive Sources is of paramount importance to Maraproct more so with the emphasis on security of radioactive sources the world over. To this end, Maraproct has put in place a well secured frame work for the safety and security of all its radioactive sources.
A standard Radioactive Source Storage Facility is in place at our operating facility having 24 hour security personnel in place and approved by the NNRA in accordance with the IAEA standards Furthermore, Radioactive sources are tracked via the administrative process.
